Fantastic B-complex supplement!
In all honesty, I am so skeptical about supplements due to the regulation that does not happen… that said, I am a professional Cyclist and use supplements to help aid my training and recovery. it’s hard to find a good company that is processed in a safe facility that also meets the doping regulations as I believe that some ergogenic aids are unfair and are wrong to use in athletics. further, I like this since it was using all-natural ingredients as well as being vegan and gluten-free. in addition, having a complex that meets all the need nutritionally is hard to find and this whole food complex included many needed nutrients along with additional sources of most needed amino acids (Niacin, Biotin, Riboflavin, Thiamine HCL, and folate). it also included a blend of enzymes and probiotics to where I found the most effective. after a few weeks of taking it, I noticed a difference in my mood and energy levels. at first, I wasn’t noticing much but then found that my energy was much more sustainable and I seemed to have a better positive mindset probably due to the fact that I had better energy and sleep that was more full and meaningful. I honestly would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for better energy and addition to better their health. of course I would also recommend taking this in the mornings along with food and eating a sustainable healthy diet alongside to help absorption.

Best B Complex
I used to have to have B Complex shots every week for anemia. I am extremely allergic to all molds which includes yeast. Finding B complex without yeast is not easy. These are truly great. My husband has severe sleep apnea but refused to use a C pap. I did some research on apnea and a doctor I trust said it is caused by a lack of B1. I bought my husband a sleep apnea chin strap and a a wedge for his bed. He also had mental issues with symptoms of bi polar. I prayed about all of these. He started taking 2 of the B complex vitamins morning and night. The chin strap,wedge and the B vitamins helped the apnea greatly, but also his mental mood swings STOPPED! He stopped getting into angry depressions. We have been married 56 years and for most of them he has had severe mood swings; not now. Evidently sleep apnea deprives the brain of oxygen and contributes to mental issues because of the lack of oxygen to the brain. These B complex also help me. My daughter has bouts of anxiety and she just order these. I want to be sure to keep these in supply. Great vitamins.

Wow! Best Vitamin B Ever!
I have tried many different types of vitamin B in my 64 years of life and not noticed much of a difference among them. I ordered this food based vitamin B product because it was food based and I was feeling a little more tired than usual and thought it might give me energy, if a lack of vitamin was an actual issue with me. What I experienced was surprising. Instead, I think it has helped me sleep more soundly! But the biggest surprise was that the excessive water retention I have from my knees to my feet left. Two days after I began 1 capsule at breakfast, I looked down and saw my ankles for the first time in ages. My feet felt warmer instead of ice cold. I can now sit with my feet on the ground instead of reclined for periods of time without the swelling. That is about as close to a miracle as I have experienced when it comes to supplements. So order away! You never know what the body will correct with the precise nutrition it it needs to operate. You might say I got lucky or perhaps the hand of God is actually where He says it is, Above All. Thank you everyone involved in the production of this product!!!

This is a top notch Vitamin B supplement which I’ve been taking for years!
I have been taking this brand of Vitamin B for years now. I even have it on my Subscribe and Save list! I told my doctor about this brand, and she even told me it was the same brand she takes as well. I’ll continue to buy this brand as long as they make the product.I have noticed an increase in energy levels as well as some mental clarity. It works in unison with my nootropics and vitamins for maximum brain and focus function. The added probiotics are another major plus.It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for!
