good quality turmeric with simple but effective blend
These seem great…and especially great for the price. So these have a fresh and zesty kindof smell…as good fresh tumeric supplements often do, so it seems to be good quality. It also says “no binders or fillers” on the bottle, which I believe refers to genetically modified ingredients that other supplements often use to bulk up the substance, get it to stick together in the capsule etc. With this…the only other ingredient…is vegetabe cellulose (capsule)…which is what all my other all-natural supplements use to keep the pills together. So it is seemingly free of any strange ingredients that I do not want in my body….awesome.Furthering my confidence is that the bottle says Made in the USA, by Viva Doria, a US company in Monore, Washington. They have a website that sells a host of supplements as well as a 5.0 star rating on google too.Bottom line: These seem to be very good quality, and free of bad substances, as well as made in the USA by what seems to be a more than reputable company. Super happy with them, and I would definitley recommend for basic turmeric needs. (it also has black pepper as well…which helps with absorbtion….and is in the other turmeric supplements I like as well.) The only downside here would be if you like your turmeric with lots and lots of additional ingredients to take at the same time. But for just basic good quality turmeric (with two forms in both Turmeric Root and Turmeric Root Extract likely for better absorption and…with some added black pepper for the same…) its a great pure Turmeric supplement if you dont need or want a bunch of extras. Awesome.

Turmeric with a touch of black pepper
These capsules contain only turmeric, plus a touch of black pepper for absorption. It seems like multi-supplements are so common these days, and turmeric is often blended with garlic, berberine, apple cider vinegar, etc., but of course not everyone wants all those extras. If you want only turmeric, these are the ones to get. The capsules are clear so you can see the turmeric inside. I like that it is a deep golden color and has a nice turmeric aroma.According to the label, a “serving” of three capsules has 2070 mg of turmeric, therefore one capsule has 690 mg of turmeric. The bottle contains 120 pills; take 3 per day and the bottle will last 40 days, take two per day and it will last approximately two months, take one per day and it will last approximately 3 months.Overall, these are just what I wanted, turmeric with just a touch of black pepper but nothing else. I like that these are made in the USA for peace of mind.
