Earlier I did not really feel heat after applying the gel because I had not use it in the right way. Today, the heat reaches an amazing level that I enjoy it a lot. This product is excellent because I can decide which heat level I want to. If I want my belly to be warm enough, I would apply less gel. I would apply more cream and massage thoroughly before work out. I believe the gel will help me lose fat easily when combining it with physical exercise.I would recommend this product to everyone if the heat level of the cream is of your concern. Also, good price with its quality!

If you have cellulite, try this!
Get ready for a real burn, especially after taking a shower. The burn is intense for about 15 minute, but the results are surely worth it. I have been using this product for about a week or so. I just recently lost over 45 pounds and had a lot of saggy meat around my belly. Its almost gone from using this product. Awesome! Oh, I just let my cloths be the band. I could not imagine putting a belly band on during the burn.

The product really heats up. The gel is super red so it leaves your skin, hands and clothes dyed red for a while (I don’t know if it comes out of the clothes because I haven’t washed it yet). I wouldn’t buy it again for this reason.

I only used this product for 2.5 seconds before it started to burn the entire area of my belly and back. My skin turned bright red and it was burning like it was on fired! It was insane! The worse product I have every bought!!!!!!! If you want to know what fire feels like then buy this product. If you don’t like most people do not waste your money. Huge mistake!!!!

I have been wanting to try this product for a while, since I heard good things about it. I tried it today for the first time with the sweet sweat band and it burned, but it felt good. Made me sweat, and I definitely like it better than the sweet sweat brand.
