The BEST children’s melatonin, hands down
Our family has been using these melatonin gummies for almost 5 years and have nothing but good experiences and good things to say. The flavor is mild and enjoyable, similar to a fruit snack, eliminating any hesitation or fights to get our child to take them. Our son has struggled with sleep since birth and these have been a literal life saver. We’ve tried a lot of different brands and doses and Zahler’s have been superior – my son falls asleep quickly, sleeps through the night but doesn’t struggle with nightmares (a side effect we’ve seen with a lot of other brands) or waking feeling groggy. They deliver peaceful, restorative sleep with no side effects. Our “sweet spot” dose is 1 and a half gummies (we just cut it in half), for reference.

My son has taken this vitamin for 2 years, starting at the age of 10. He cannot sleep without it. He took a full vitamin and had nightmares. Now we cut it in half. He sleeps well and doesn’t have nightmares. This could have been a coincidence. He is picky about taste and texture. He likes how it tastes. He also has severe food allergies. I’ve used Zhaler sleep gummies for a few years. They work well for helping me fall asleep. For the past couple bottles I received I noticed a slight change in taste and texture that have improved the quality I already liked the taste which is why I’ve bought these for years, but for the last two bottles I bought the gummies were softer and slightly sweeter, but not too sweet. I like the change and will continue buying these.
