so I’ve tried several other ways in the past to help me stay asleep through the night. I tend to wake up frequently. After trying, kill switch, I had the best night of sleep that I’ve had in a long time. The flavor is very rich and full, I made mine with coconut milk, and it was creamy, not too sweet and the perfect warm drink to help me wind down my day and get ready for bed. It was easy to mix, it didn’t upset my stomach and I woke up feeling very rested. The warm chocolatey flavor was like that warm hug from your mama before going to sleep. This will now become part of my evening ritual to end my day. Highly recommend!

Be wary
I wake up in the middle of the night and then my brain is revving. I can’t fall back asleep. This has gone on for years. I tried Kill Switch. The first night I took the full scoop in water. Tastes ok. I woke up as usual after 5 hours with a killer headache and extreme grogginess that lasted all day. I tried half a scoop. Same – extreme headache and grogginess and it didn’t improve my staying asleep at all. I awoke as usual in the middle of the night. I tried a quarter of the scoop the next night. Apparently that was just too little because I slept like normal which is to say I didn’t sleep. I tried with half the serving scoop in milk and 2 aspirins. I didn’t wake up with a headache, but was groggy all day and still woke up after 4-5 hours sleep. I tried this pattern for about 8 days thinking maybe I just needed to adjust. I started having a sharp pain in my left temple that was happening multiple times a day. I figured it was the product, so I stopped taking Kill Switch and the sharp temple pain stopped the next day and hasn’t returned. So for me, no, this product does not work and made the situation worse with headaches, grogginess and sharp temple pain. Rather worrying side effects. Be wary.
