I’m really impressed with this. I started a gluten free diet about 4 weeks ago. The first 2 weeks were rough but after that, I felt better. I plateaued after losing 30 lbs and wanted some help losing a little more. I can’t say I’ve lost any in the week I’ve been taking this, but what I can say is I feel amazing. The energy I have is significant. It’s not like a redline or something like that, I’m not shaky or jittery, I’m just ready to go. I can work all day and I feel good. I am sleeping throughout the night, I don’t know if I can attribute it to this or the fact that I’ve been going hard all day long 🤷🏻♀️ regardless, this has given me the energy I need at almost 40. The one and only complaint I have is that the capsule starts to melt as soon as it hits my tongue and I end up gagging on it almost every time I take it. Small price to pay to feel good. I take it in the morning and before I eat my first meal at dinner. Super effective and a much needed boost in energy. Will be taking this forever nowUpdate: I’ve been on this for a little over a month now and I’ve lost 14 lbs. Again, I am eating better and have cut out a lot, but I’m still taking this and I still feel good every day. I have to think this has helped because I plateaued for a while just eating better but once taking this I started to lose again. Total weight loss of 44 lbs since I gave my initial review.

Someone said you can’t focus on eating because you’re so sick after taking these & that couldn’t be more true. I took 2 and feel like I’m going to pass out or throw up or both.I should have looked at the ingredients but the blue dye feels so unnecessaryUpdate: months later I wanted to give it a second chance & that was a huge mistake! My entire body became so hot and broke out into a rash for over an hour, I started manually breathing, my chest felt so tight and my heart was beating so fast. I had a light breakfast with it & threw it up.I’m 25, active, healthy body and weight, just looking for something to help me out on my cut – I’ve tried multiple shady Amazon pre workouts/gas station energy and thought my body could handle it all. I was wrong. There’s something sinister in these unnaturally blue pills. Love yourself and find a different product! (Also was told I’d get a refund for this and never did)

I was looking for something that controlled my appetite as well as gave me energy & this supplement works great. It suggests taking 2 capsules a day but usually I really only need 1 a day but I’m sure that can vary person to person. It works quickly as well.

Works for energy not for weight loss
Zantrex Blue Energy definitely gives you a strong boost of energy — I would avoid taking it at night because it really can keep you awake. As for weight loss, I haven’t noticed any results so far. Only once did I feel a bit of appetite suppression, but I’m not sure if it was from the product or just something else I ate. Overall, it works for energy, but not much else in my experience.

2.5 lbs down after just 3 days
I’m only 3 days in and already extremely impressed! I’ve tried so many other supplements to keep my weight down, and this is the first and only one that has shown fast results without any uncomfortable side effects.I had been stuck after gaining back the 10 pounds I lost and couldn’t drop an ounce. I took my first dose Monday morning (it’s now Wednesday), and by that evening the scale had finally dropped below the number I hadn’t seen in weeks. Now on day 3, my appetite feels almost nonexistent, to the point that I have to remind myself to eat. I’ve always been a light eater (very small breakfast, light lunch, and low-calorie snacks throughout the day), and I’ve been eating the same as usual and have already lost 2.5 pounds.I do feel a little jittery, but it’s more of a natural boost of energy without the crash. No major side effects, just results so far. It’s only been 3 days, but you rarely see results this quickly with products like this. I know a lot can change as my body adapts, so I’ll update this if there are any major changes.

2 stars because the energy i get from this is amazing… it makes me feel like a teen again. i wish i could return this though: i have a few lbs to lose to reach my goal weight so i figured i would incorporate this to shed a few post-pregnancy lbs. im an overall healthy human, never struggled with weight issues in the past. i’ve been taking this for about 5 days and it makes me nauseous.. to the point where im not eating (is that the tactic here?). i ALSO haven’t used the “BathrooM”the entire time i’ve started taking this. i’m not necessarily saying it’s because of this, or that i’m not eating enough roughage because i’m too nauseous to eat anything.. just something worth mentioning. i haven’t bothered getting on the scale because of this point alone— i know im not losing weight because nothing is leaving.. if you know what i mean. glad it works wonders for other people, just wasn’t made to work with my body.
