Gentle and effective when used as directed
I like that this product is all natural. And that the owner of the company specializes in gentler, more natural, non-habit forming/ non- addictive products for children. It is very effective. I would just try not to use it every night, because it could mess up your child’s sleep schedule. Just use it when the child is having a hard time calming down for bed. ( I am also finding that having a regular schedule before bed, and bedtime they can count on every night, helps mitigate the hyperactive symptoms in my kiddo who has ADHD.) It does work very quickly, so make sure you have nothing else planned for kiddo, 15-30 minutes after you give it to them. The dosages on the back are guidelines. Personally, I find that because of it’s potency, I would start at .25 MG and work up to the recommended dose for all children. ( I’ve only gone up to .50 with my 5 yo son.) Besides all that, I have tasted it, and it literally tastes like sugar and berries. It’s a little on the sweet side for my little guy, so I give him a drink right afterwards. Another idea might be to add the recommended dosage into a small amount of juice, caffeine free tea, or milk of your choice, and give it to your little. Disclaimer: **I am NOT a doctor or licensed health care professional. Please consult your child’s pediatrician prior to administering any supplement, natural, or modern medicinal, to your little (s). Also, keep out of reach of children. ( I have consulted my son’s pediatrician before administering this supplement and got the go ahead. ) I had to say that, so don’t hate me, lol. Anyways, overall, a very safe and effective product. I hope you guts consider adding this to your bedtime routine, if your little has trouble calming down…and you need a break. 😉

Finally gave our strong-willed child the rest he (and we) needed
We have five boys, and only one (a loving and fiery one) had extreme resistance to sleep. Every night became a battle of wills, despite all the right things: calm routines, patience, redirection, consistency. We tried everything.Zarbee’s Sleep Liquid changed that. It helped him settle down without a fight, and for the first time in months, bedtime became peaceful – for everyone. It brought rest, calm, and emotional bandwidth back into our evenings.That said, not all of our boys responded the same. One of them actually became a little emotional whenever he had it for a few nights in a row – not in a dramatic way, but noticeably different for him. He seemed kind of sad but couldn’t (or wouldn’t) say why. It didn’t really help him sleep either. We stopped giving it to him, and he was better.So I wouldn’t suggest this as a nightly fix for every child – but for us, after exhausting all behavioral paths, it was the tool that finally made better sleep for everyone possible. Works for dogs too!!
This works great for dogs! No dyes or artificial nonsense. Keeps dogs calm… just put it on their food. I ranked it a 4 because it can be a little messy/sticky if you get it on the bottle and the dropper that you use is a little hard to use.
