Zarbees and Ricola Max are my Friends when I’m sick
At first the price scared me, but then I realized you only take 2 teaspoons for a serving. So then the price wasn’t that bad. I’ve been sick, now for me I have migraines and my neurologist said no artificial sweeteners amongst many other things and that ruled out basically every cough syrup in most stores. Then I found Zarbees, the taste isn’t bad it just tastes like i put a bunch of berries in my mouth, it tastes very concentrated. Not in a bad way, honestly the berry flavor of it would be great on pancakes but I can see how some others may be overwhelmed by it. I personally take 1tsp, swallow then take the 2nd one. The smell is also fine, it smells like honey mixed with berries. But the biggest thing is that right away I noticed a difference in how I felt within about 15 minutes. For me, my entire family had been bedridden while taking every vicks and nyquil product under the moon along with their meds the er and their primary doctors assigned them. But for me? I wasn’t bedridden, I didn’t feel amazing. But I definitely felt better than them. I was taking care of them, work, school, myself, and cooking. So I think it’s pretty effective. It never made me feel sleepy. I did take more at times when I was in the worse stages of my sickness. The bottle says don’t exceed 1 serving in 24hrs but I saw other bottles online for the product saying not to exceed 4 servings in 24hrs. Do with that information what you will I’m no doctor. But for me? Taking 2-3 maybe once every 8hrs was easy and fine. I never experienced any negative effects and I’m better now. Even though everyone else is still sick around me.Best Ideas for when your sick though in my opinion is you get some Zarbees, Ricola Max cough drops, Throat Coat tea, Organic Honey for said tea, puffs tissues, crackers of your choice, and whatever soup you like. That’s just me though.

I have to say that this item probably was the very first and best item. I have tried while breast-feeding just because I don’t trust the usual other brands that have more than four ingredients in it & food coloring. Of course, it might work slower than the usual but it did a job pretty fast within 24 hours.
