No skin reaction with this cream.
This seems to work pretty well. I rub it in my bad hip and shoulder and the pain seems to reduce by about 40-50 percent. It’s temporary but acceptable. I don’t get the itchy ness as with the gel. I like it!

Effective for Pain Relief With Confusing Directions
I’ve really wrestled with how to rate ZOXY DMSO Cream for pain relief. This is a 4-ounce jar of frankincense DMSO cream described as pharmaceutical grade. It includes several key ingredients – magnesium, MSM, frankincense, aloe vera, turmeric, menthol, and arnica.There are definitely things to like here in terms of effectiveness. First off, this is a very light cream that applies easily and absorbs well. There’s definite pain relief and it’s pretty darn quick.However, there are also some significant inconsistencies in labeling. For example, the product description indicates it’s good for wound healing. However, the jar itself clearly says not to use on wounds. It also says it’s effective for bruising and swelling, however, the label clearly indicates not to use on inflammation. The DMSO is a chemical solvent reported to be effective on inflammation and I would definitely agree with that upon my early usage.Given the ingredient mix, there’s a definite smell to this. I personally find it to be somewhat subtle, however, it’s noticeable. The pain relief is definitely pretty impressive and despite some reservations I do find this to be mostly effective. This is more of a premium experience rather than a value-based one thanks to the inclusion of the DMSO.I’m torn. I find this to be a generally effective cream for pain relief. It works quickly and seems to last. However, labeling is very confusing and inconsistent. Overall, I’d probably lean toward a 3.5-star. Since I can’t do that, I’m skewing downward on this one and calling it a mid-range experience but one worth exploring.
