I think this is a very good quality fruit and vegetable supplement. I had several other similar supplement’s one in particular is very spendy. Organic. I decided to look for similar and less costly. I landed on these. I’m glad I did as I saved 20.00 for the 2 bottles of the supplements. It has hardly been a month, so I can’t say much more. I am happy for a quality supplement at a decent price.
