Works Great!
I took 2 pills last night an hour before going to bed. Well folks…this stuff is a miracle!! I fell into a restful sleep. Of course I still had to get up during the nite to pee but went right back to sleep Woke up this morning feeling good.I have been taking ambien for years and would maybe get 2 hrs sleep. This vitamin worked perfectly. Run and get this if you have problems sleeping. It was half the price of another brand with same ingredients that I saw on instagram. Choose this one because of the over 5K positive reviews.

Worth a try
I can’t say they helped me get to sleep. I did feel a little more drowsy but I couldn’t get to sleep still. I have circadian rhythm issues. I did figure out these items do increase your serotonin levels, so if you are already on meds that increase your serotonin levels be careful. It causes me to creep into serotonin syndrome. It’s nothing wrong with this item, just me because of my prescribed medications is all.

Doesn’t Really Work For Me
After having kids my sleep has just gone out the window. Hard for me to go to sleep and stay asleep. I also deal with psoriasis and not getting enough sleep flares me up. I’ve going through it 😅. I thought I’d give this a try. Decent reviews, GREAT ingredients. Overall it will make me sleepy. It starts to kick in about 30 mins to an hour for me, but will not keep me asleep. I’m up all night like clockwork every two hours. I’ve thought about taking more than the dosage recommended but I’m not sure if that would be safe. Overall it does the job to get me to sleep. Just not staying asleep.

I have a trouble of sleeping! Most days I would stayed up all night because I couldn’t sleep. I’ve ordered the natrol melatonin and that didn’t worked so I tried this.First night I took two pills, it didn’t worked. 2nd night I took 3 pills and that didn’t worked either, same on the 3rd night!I stopped taking it….. a week after I tried it again and I don’t know what happened but for 3 nights in a row now I had been sleeping like a baby! I hope this continues coz I really needed a normal routine, I need my sleep and this helps provides it! Thank you!
