Drinkable but benefits are questionable
I have tried Moringa capsules in the past first thing in the morning but my body couldn’t digest it. Then someone recommended it in powder form to be taken with your drinks like smoothies etc. I didnt like this in my coffee but its ok to take it in smoothies, or the protein shakes. There has been no issues so far, it doesnt have too strong of a taste and mixes well. I dont see any material change in my health so I am not sure I’ll continue for long unless I see some improvement soon. Funny thing is that even the packaging doesnt mention any health benefits.

Good Quality, Seems to Work, but Not for Me
I figured I’d give it a try, and it is indeed good quality. Really fresh, organic, and from a trusted name. I did try it in tea and even in some warm milk with honey, but it’s not really for me. It was best in the milk drink, but it adds a sort of green/chlorophyll flavor that isn’t bad, but not my first choice. I did however seem to notice a perkiness or a kind of “clarity” about 10 minutes after drinking it. But regardless, it is a good quality product so if it’s your thing, this is a safe bet.

Add a bit of this into my tea once or twice a week. Adds a matcha like taste to it. Package doesn’t have any guidance on how frequently, or not, to use this so I err on the side of caution with these sorts of supplements and assume underdoing it will be better than overdoing it. Haven’t tried it in cold beverage but in hot at least it mixes well.

I like this in my smoothies. I find it has a bit of a green, leafy type flavor when on its own, it is perfect in a fruit smoothie.Id like to think it is helping my overall wellbeing.
