De veras te quita el hambre, debe ser por el picolinato de cromo!Además de toda la nutrición que aporta,la gran cantidad de proteínas, aminoácidos y vitaminas que contiene este producto bastante económico.Cuando consumes spirulina , no debes excederte en la ingesta calórica, porque vas a ganar peso ; pero para el que está desnutrido o quiere ganar peso corporal es excelente .

I was only taking Chlorella before I got the skinny …
I was only taking Chlorella before I got the skinny on the Spirulina and this has worked very well for me. I had no problem with loose stools when I take both. I was up to 3000 mg of Spirulina a day and I realize that is really not enough to effect my health in a positive way yet but I will get there.
