Good value for a multivitamin
My doctor suggested I add a vitamin supplement to my diet, and this Amazon product is a good choice. It covers all the bases, is formulated for women my age, and is a very good value. The pills themselves are on the large side though. Overall though, I think they’re helping.

These vitamins are very large but it is so easy to swallow there are some people writing reviews saying they can’t swallow it but I can take a handful pills and swallow them with a sip of water and did not notice a struggle with this pill. I did not notice any aftertaste like some vitamins can give you. Because of the results I am receiving from this multivitamin that I have never felt with any other vitamin and at age 65 trust me I’ve taken a lot of vitamins. And this is 100% a great product that will give you what you need to get through your day and make you feel better. There’s really not much I can say to convince anybody to really buy this product but please don’t be discouraged by the other reviews about the pill being too large to swallow. When I open the bottle I was like wow this is a horse pill I don’t know well here goes nothing it went right down and I’ve not had a problem since. I am one that will read reviews and raise my reason to buy or not to buy from them but I’m so glad I went for it because I was in need of a good vitamin that would actually work and in some of the comments I read they were definitely talking about how pleased they were with the results. And now I can honestly agree with them and share in this review telling anyone that takes these vitamins and can get them down without an issue will be very glad they purchased these.

Good vitamins
Yes they are big and may taste a tad yuk but I found by cutting it in half, it’s much easier to swallow and you don’t get the taste so much. I think they work great as I’ve noticed a few changes in myself that are a plus, seriously. So I would definitely recommend at least trying them.

Size matters
While I admit that one of the contributing factors in my selection of a vitamin was that I only needed to take one, not two, this is a ‘hard pill to swallow’ size-wise. I know others have posted photos for scale with a quarter. In my case, I realized this morning that it’s the length of the first bone in my finger, so I figured I’d post that. I do wish it was smaller, but openly admit that if it was, something would’ve been left out of the blend of ingredients, so… Just be aware, if swallowing pills is an issue for you. This isn’t a ‘sip of water’ type of experience. This is a full glug effort.I have celiac, so it is sometimes difficult to absorb nutrients. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects with my digestion, nor have I experienced any stomach upset/nausea, as I sometimes have with other brands. No complaints there.

Absolutely the most revolting pill out there.
Have you ever tried to swallow an aspirin but couldn’t get it to go down on the first swallow, and it starts to dissolve on your tongue so you panic and try to take another drink, but that just spreads the taste around your mouth more, so you throw your head back, hoping against hope that it’ll all go down this time, because if it doesn’t, you’re going to retch and the offensive, burning aspirin chalk will forever be caked onto your tastebuds? If so, you have a faint understanding of what it’s like to take these pills. I would rather endure a melting-aspirin-gag episode three times a day than have to keep taking these monstrosities once a day. They’re huge. They REEK, and they have the most aggressive, potent, disgusting taste ever. I’m trying to be a grown up and just finish the bottle so I’m not “wasting money,” but I just really don’t hate myself enough for that. The worst. Just the worst.

I have been a regular user of new chapter every woman’s multivitamin 40+ and mega food women’s 40+ over the years, but I made the switch to Amazon elements women’s 40+ and I have to say it works just as good, but at a better price point. Taking care of your health is incredibly important and these will help you do that. I will continue to order these and I highly recommend.
