This product saved me from being in pain.
I’ve been taking this collagen product for about 6 months now. I went to my chiropractor for a maintenance visit and told him my finger joints were really painful and in the morning, when I woke up. Same with my knees. He told me to start taking this particular collagen product because he sold it in his office. What a Godsend. I put a heaping scoop in my matcha latte the next morning. Within a couple of days I had no more pain. Bought the flavorless kind. Put it in the latte so the frother would mix it up well. I use it 3 to 4 times a week. You literally cannot taste it. They have a couple of different flavors. Please try this if you haven’t already.

Breaks fast or not?
Now uncertain if 2 scoops of this product in hot coffee breaks my fast which I do for general health reasons. Seeing mixed responses. I keep a 4-6 hour eating window daily. But prefer to consume my meals/meal from 2pm -6pm ideally.I completed a 72 hour fast while using 2 scoops in my coffee once daily . I achieved mod to large ketones in my urine by 36 – 72 hours. I can only assume that for me it didn’t break my fast? But still unsure. Feed back from anyone with knowledge greater than mine?TIA

Has everything I want in a collagen powder
Haven’t been taking it long enough to advise on any results but here are my thoughts after about a week. This brand hits all my “wants” for a peptide: multiple collagen types, hydrolyzed, and most importantly 3rd party testing. The supplement world is swamped and independent testing is important. I get sketched out buying consumables on this website because there are a lot of counterfeits but the plastic contained has Ancient Nutrition molded into the bottom which is a reassurance. The real downside is that it doesn’t dissolve fully and the last sip of my coffee is grainy.

This is an excellent product. I put it in my hot coffee every morning, it dissolves quickly and it has no taste to it even though in lightens your coffee a bit like creamer.. It is high in protein and low on calories as well. It gives me a good start for energy levels in the mornings!

Joint Pain Relief
I used to have joint pain particularly in my wrists and hips but it has subsided since I’ve been drinking this product. I have one glass each morning as I would coffee or tea and I’ve been using it for a year now. I’ve tried the vanilla but prefer the chocolate. Great product in my book!

I first bought this powder three months ago, and every morning I put a scoop in my morning coffee. My hair is the longest and healthiest it’s ever been and my nails are stronger than ever. I can only assume it’s the collagen. I think the key is to use consistently and you should definitely notice results within a couple months.
