Super hydrating cleanser
First of all, I love this cleanser. I got a sample of it in a subscription box (Yuzen) and HAD to buy a full size option.I have combination skin with a tendency to get acne when I’m stressed, menstruating, etc. I had been having problems with fine bumps on my forehead and acne on my neck for the last few weeks and I couldn’t figure out why. When I started using this cleanser I just liked it because it didn’t make my skin sting and it smelled DIVINE. I was using it twice a-day, alone in the morning and used with an acne cleanser in the evening. Slowly, over weeks, the bumps and acne started to disappear. I’ve figured out now that I was over-exfoliating my skin and using this super gentle milk cleanser was helping hydrate and repair it.This does not have any typical acne fighting ingredients like salicylic acid, BUT I think if you’re like me and already use lots of acne products it might help to have a more gentle cleanser.Sidenote: This does NOT take make-up off very easily. I only wear mascara and I have to gently scrub to get my mascara off but how hydrated my skin feels after using it makes it worth it. If you wear heavy make-up, you’ll probably need a more heavy duty cream cleanser like Ponds.

This review is long overdue–I’ve been an Andalou Naturals user for over ten years. They’ve seen me from my mid-thirties when I had an oily t-zone (Citrus Kombucha cleansing gel, lemon sugar scrub, oil-free moisturizer). To my late-thirties when I moved to Colorado (high-elevation, unrelenting sun, dry) when I mixed in the Ultra Sheer daily defense day lotion and Reservatrol Q10 night repair cream. To my early forties when my skin was dulled by age and dry air when I added Turmeric + C Enlightening serum and Purple Carrot + C Luminous night cream. To now, in my mid-forties when I noticed subtle fine lines appearing around my mouth and neck, which switching over to the Apricot Probiotic cleansing milk + Fruit Stem Cell Revitalizing serum + Reservatrol Q10 night repair cream has NOTICEABLY taken care of.I can’t recommend this skin care line highly enough. It has seen me through oily skin, sun damage, low humidity, and fine wrinkles with ease. It’s so easy to mix and match depending on what my skin needs. And honestly, it looks better today at forty-six (glowing and dewy) than when I was twenty-six and was using much more expensive products. And they all smell so good!

Wonderful smelling and feeling on the skin.
I like this wash. I was using oil cleansers and liked them but wasn’t fully excited so I wanted to switch to a still hydrating cleanser that was also soap-free and natural. I like many of the Andalou products, as they are natural and cruelty free and work! This is a nice milk-cleanser. The smell is wonderuful if you like truly naturally smelling things. When I put it on my face it smells like a peach (Real one:) cut up with cream over it. The cleanser is softening and not drying at all. I have combo skin (37yrs old) and it works to soften and hydrate. Only reason I gave 4 stars is b/c if you wear heavy make-up (I do not) like a waterproof mascara or liquid foundation this might not cut it without using a remover first, is my guess. I just gently wipe my face with a warm washcloth first on days I do wear my powder and then use this cleanser with a Konjac sponge for added gentle exfoliation. The combo is wonderful for my skin to look hydrated and glowing afterward!

Takes some getting used to, but definitely worth it!
I have really grown to love this cleanser. If, like me, you’ve never really used a milk cleanser, it does take some getting used to – not for your skin, but for your brain to shift from the expectation of how your skin should feel after cleansing. Some people have mentioned feeling like this left a residue behind, but what feels like a residue is simply that your skin hasn’t been totally stripped of its moisture or essential oils. This cleanser is super gentle, yet effective. It immediately made my skin super soft! I am 29 and have been struggling with highly sensitive, dehydrated yet oily skin and have been on a facial journey over the past 9 months. Everything I tried either hurt my face, made the problem worse, or was just “ok.” The Aging line from Andalou Naturals has been a skin-saver! I returned the high-end Sephora products I was using after using this line for only a week. It has healed my skin. My skin is clearer, softer, happier, healthier, and “glowier.” I would not say that this removes makeup, unless you wear VERY little makeup. I will continue purchasing these products. You can’t beat the careful ingredients or the price!My skin care routine is as follows: daytime – Probiotic Cleansing Milk (this product), Blossom+Leaf Toning Refresher, Gogi Peptide Cream, BB Cream. Great Product But Amazon sold an “old” one
This is a great product – if you get it “fresh.” I bought this at Whole Foods, and it smelled wonderfully fresh and fruity. When I ran out, I purchased one from Amazon, and it smelled off, like it was past it’s freshness date. Would not buy this from Amazon again.

Este jabon en concreto es una maravilla. Limpia y no deja la piel tirante, cuidando la barrera lipidica de la piel. Yo lo uso como limpiador diario, PERO NO COMO DESMAQUILLANTE. Lo uso después de desmaquillarme con agua nivelar. Quizás pra quitar mucho maquillaje se quede algo corto, pero lo recomendable es siempre desmaquillarse en 2 pasos, con el agua nivelar y una leche o jabón suave, y para eso este producto es fenomenal

I love this product so much. The only cleanser make my skin soft and smooth after washing my face. However, you should use cleansing oil or make up remover before using this because it can not help to remove make up or just even sunscreen.

Great for just cleaning your face as well as removing makeup without drying or sensitising your skin (I h ave dry sensitive skin so this is something I always struggle with). Has a light apricot scent that’s not too overpowering and a very pleasant texture for massaging. I can remove it very easily with a cloth and warm water. I never use cream cleansers on my eyes so I cannot comment on how well it removed eye makeup.The pump is very convenient, but it has a flaw: when I had about 1/6 of the bottle left, the pump just stopped working. I have to unscrew the pump and fish the product out with some tool or my fingers which is a hassle. The product is worth using until the very last drop, but it’s annoying and makes you lose some time every day. Still, I probably will repurchase.

Love this cleanser! After trying several other brands and types from this brand, I’ve found one with not only the right consistency and lather, but one that improves my skin.
