I have combined a keto lifestyle with exercise and the Auragin Red Ginseng, 3 pills twice a day. I am absolutely sold. I was a type II diabetic. I say was because my blood sugars average around 80 to 90 now with no insulin and only metformin, which I will be dropping soon as well. The red seng as I call it has been an amazing supplement to the other factors that have brought me back to health. I originally decided to try red seng for the ED properties. I take it in the morning and then pre-workout early evening with ketones. My energy level is astounding and greatest of all, I AM seeing the other promised results. Last week I was able to maintain a full erection throughout intercourse and was able to orgasm for the first time in months. Fantastic product, only down side is cost per dose but for now it is worth it.

The fact that it tastes and smells just like ginseng is awesome. I’ve only been taking this for a short period.. I need more time for reviewUpdate: it’s been more then a week now and it’s in full affect. I’m noticing more energy and it gradually happened no jitters or headache. Pretty awesome stuff.Update: These tablets are incredibly great. I was even able to stay off coffee and had no problem during the day and I have 5 kids and run a farm. I breastfeed and after 2 week use my milk supply started to decrease so warning to all breastfeeding mamas I had to lay off the good stuff.Also want to add that I was taking 3 tablets twice. Once in morning and once in the afternoon

The ginseng is okay.
Saw this brand advertised pretty heavily on here, and decided to give it a shot. Bought a 3000mg daily dosage supply for a month for around $100. Not a bad deal on that. The product does work, but not as strongly as other brands. That doesn’t mean you’re getting a bad value here. I typically spend around $100-200 a month on Korean red panax ginseng, and take it orally via tablet / capsule, or as a tea. The taste of this korean ginseng is earthy and has a mild bitterness taste to it – most high quality panax ginsengs in my experience taste very bitter and earthy and have sort of a “soy sauce” taste. So it is authentic, just maybe not as fresh or potent as the other competitors brands.One thing Auragin could do is put the ginsengoside content on their bottles. I want to know the rg1, rg3, etc content of what I’m taking.Overall I’ve experienced stronger erections, higher sex drive, increased energy, increased metabolism, and a better overall positive outlook on life with this product. For the price point, it’s not a bad place to start your journey into korean red panax ginseng – but definitely not something to form your overall long term opinion on the effectiveness of korean red panax ginsengs. There are other superior brands out there with higher ginsengoside content and freshness that will definitely pep you up.Thanks for reading, hope this was of help.

Awesome stuff with fantastic, though unexpected, side effects
I’d been feeling really mentally sluggish in the afternoons and that was harming both my work and workouts. I tried this on a recommendation from a friend and found out through independent supplement reviewers that Auragin had the highest active ingredient amount of any ginseng available on Amazon. After reading up, I found that since the FDA doesn’t regulate supplements, a lot of companies use filler instead of actual ingredients and it isn’t illegal. Auragin is literally powdered ginseng root pressed into little pills – no filler, no gelatin. Trust me, you’ll feel the difference. I am just about done with my first cycle – two weeks on, one week off it how I’m approaching it – and there are NOTICEABLE improvements. I am alert, focused, and ready to go about my day. There are also some…uh…pleasant side effects if you also lift and do mild cardio. I did not know this beforehand, but I have zero complaints in those regards as well.
