1. Great for cough and cold- Sprinkle few drops on a clean handkerchief and sniff all day.Put a few drops in a vaporizer and take steam- very effective for dry/ runny nose. For sore throat, mix few drops with hot water and drink. Instant relief.2. Headache- rub on temple and smell.3. Great for stomach ache, period pain- add 4-5 drops to warm/ hot water and drink- relief after few minutes.4. Loose motions- add 5-6 drops of Amrutdhara to warm water and drink empty stomach.5. Pain in joints- knee, elbow etc.- mix few drops with regular massage oil (coconut or sesame) and massage.

This is an excellent product which can be externally used to treat Cough and cold, Headache, Joint Pain, Cut, Wounds and Insect Bites, Toothache or can be internally used to treat Stomach Ailment, Diarrhoea, Vomiting. Contains Kapoor, Ajwain, Pudina, Laung Ka Tel and Nilgiri Tel. I normally use it to treat my cough and cold. I mix 2-3 drops of it into steam water and inhale it which instantly opens the closed nasal channel and cure headache.
