Good lotion, Great Customer Service
The box I received was damaged and missing the lotion, but customer service responded quickly and sent a replacement that arrived within a few days. The lotion itself smells wonderful—rich and slightly heavy, but still very pleasant. I have sensitive skin and it hasn’t caused any irritation. Because I live in a hot climate, the lotion tends to separate and needs a quick stir before each use, but overall I’m very happy with it.

Great face/eye cream. Goes on smooth and actually hydrates my skin. Product is organic and will settle in the little container so you will need to stir it up a bit. Light natural smell and feels lightweight on the skin. Loving it so far.

Not what you’d expect as a face cream but not a bad product.
When you order a face cream you expect a milky product. This is more of a GREASE which makes sense after looking at the ingredients more closely. That’s not to say it’s a bad product. I ran out of diaper rash cream for my toddler and after checking the ingredients decided to use it on him. Within a day it cleared up his butt which was really red.

I’d started using this company’s night cream (“Best Night Cream “) last February & had started running low on the *last* all natural day cream I’d found on Amazon (Face and Body Cream Moisturizer – Nourishing Aloe Vera) which has a great ingredient list but actually made my face feel dryer after application.The BeeFriendly night cream leaves you of oily and shiny but that is ok in a NIGHT cream. This day cream unfortunately leaves me just as reflective. This is ok right now as I’m working from home, but it wouldn’t be cool if I couldn’t sit around and work for an hour or two, letting as much of it soak in as it will, before applying make-up. If I had to get out the door early this wouldn’t work at all for me. I’d just use it evenings only. But I don’t need another night cream!THAT PACKAGING THO! It’s pretty goopy and soft, which might be why the packaging was so annoyingly “death star force field”. The entire jar was contained in a kind of shrink wrapped plastic for which there was no apparent pull tab. I got my mat knife to cut that off & then the top inside was further sealed with a metallic paper cover that also had no tab. I had to cut that off & all the messy little edges were impossible to remove, even with tweezers. That schizz was attached with industrial grade super glue! There was a last inner layer of transparent plastic which you see inside the lid on the left. I didn’t want to deal with it so my first application was off the top of that & then I tossed the still heavily smeared plastic.

I have seen so many customer reviews that have been disclosed at the end that the product was supplied to them in exchange for an honest review – and while I don’t really have a problem with that, I still think I have more appreciation for reviews where the customer was NOT compensated in any way. This is one of those reviews.I decided to buy this product because the eye cream I used every night was in such a teeeny tiiiny bottle I thought surely I could find a product that would work just as well and would last me much longer. I searched for a product with similar ingredients as the one I previously used because honestly I thought it was a good product. I just needed more at the same price – or cheaper if possible. My search brought up this item. It had very positive feedback from it’s buyers. (Some who received samples, some who did not…at least I assume) It also had a very “clean” ingredient list which is a must for me. Especially for something that is going to be spread on the delicate skin around the eyes.A little about my skin: I’m only 28 and have taken very good care of my skin thus far. I don’t have problems with bags under my eyes or puffiness but I am starting to notice some wrinkling around my eyes when I smile. (yes, I admit I am a bit obsessive….) My skin tends to be on the dry side and I hate nothing more than waking up with dry eyes – not only my eyeballs but also the skin around my eyes feeling dry – so I look for very thick, moisturizing eye creams to use at night so they’ll still feel like they’re “with me” even after a full night’s sleep.This cream appears solid in the jar but quickly emulsifies into the consistency of an oil as you apply it. I liked how silky it felt as I smoothed it around my eyes. It wore well throughout the night and my skin still felt moisturized when I woke up the next day. I have also noticed it does not sting if it works its way down into my eyes. One night I was watching some TV after smearing a thick layer on and I could tell it was getting in my eyes (made my vision a little blurry) but no stinging whatsoever. That is a big plus.I should also note, I have been using this every night for at least a week now, probably more like two weeks, and have not developed any breakouts from it. So if you’re worried about it being “oily” and causing your skin to break out – chances are you have nothing to worry about. But I don’t claim to be able to speak for everyone’s skin…..My only caution: It definitely does have some “shine” to it. I only use it at night so this is not a big deal, but if you were to wear it during the day you would probably have to apply it VERY thinly.All in all, a fantastic product and I plan on using it for a long time!! 🙂

Doesn’t absorb into skin!
I loved the pure, simple ingredients in this. And, really wanted to support the small business that makes it. I didn’t mind that it was heavy, greasy, as I used it before bed. The issue is it’s one of these “moisturizers” that doesn’t actually moisturize, as it just sits on the top layer of your skin, making it useless. It actually made my skin dryer and even caused it to burn a little. I hate to waste anything, so normally I’d just suck it up for a month & use it anyway. But, im tired of spending my money on products over and over that dont work & I returned it.
