Helpful to give you that kickstart into ketosis
This is a great supplement to assist in achieving ketosis and maintaining ketosis. If you aren’t fully committed to keeping your net carbs under 20g, it can be difficult to stay in ketosis and achieve the desired weight loss. I use this after the days where I’ve had limited options and consumed more than 20g net carbs. Granted, it’s always better to remain consistent with your dietary goals because significant fluctuations in the way your body processes food (switching from carbohydrates for energy to ketones for energy) can possibly do more harm than good. That being said, sometimes things happen where it isn’t possible or we choose to deviate from them for a day or two. That is where this supplement comes into the picture. Depending on how significant the deviation from ketosis is, the more days I will take it. I took it consistently for the first week or two, 1 capsule daily. Once I knew I was in ketosis, I didn’t take it. After a day with more than 20g net carbs, I’ll take 2 capsules for 2-3 days and make sure I’m back to 20g net carbs or less. The ketosis and weight loss continue after that. The capsules aren’t huge, but they are on the larger size. They aren’t weighty, so they do bob up to the roof of your mouth when you try to swallow them. Sometimes I have issues with it, but I feel the benefit outweighs my minor momentary trouble with swallowing this capsule size. Other than that, the only “issue” I have is that it contains caffeine and disrupts my natural sleep-wake cycle if I take it anytime other than between waking and noon. So, with a little tweaking of when I take it, I’ve been able to maintain consistent weight loss without any other side effects from this supplement. All in all, I’ve been very pleased with it.

Great product at a great price!
I have only been using this product for about 10 days now but it has definitely helped me stay in ketosis, despite the occasional carrots, bites of potatoes and random chips here and there. It’s hard to say whether or not these pills are making me feel better or if it’s just the keto diet in general but I feel great – I have way more energy and I’m more motivated to get things done. Like cleaning my house and working out, even after a long day. It’s great. I plan to continue using this product, it’s much easier to pop a couple pills than to try drinking, I mean choking down, those exogenous ketone drink mixes (yuck-nasty salty taste). It’s also way cheaper for a months supply. You get 60 pills and only take two a day, 20-30mins before a meal. They aren’t the smallest pills in the world but they aren’t the biggest either – I also take ashwaganda for stress and they are smaller capsules than those. There’s no nasty after taste like with some pills (i.e. my multivitamin lol). Plus, I have been consistently registering between low and moderate ketones on my test strips, so I’m definitely happy!

The bottle has a label that says to send a text and they will give you a free bottle. When I sent the text, I got a reply that said I had to write a review in order to actually receive the free bottle – so here is my review: I was excited to find BHB in a caspsule form because all I have ever used before was a powder that is mixed into a liquid, which I usually would only drink half of then toss the rest. I was hopeful that I would get results similar to the liquid form I usually use: a boost of anywhere from 0.5 – 1.0 in my ketones. When my bottle of Keto BHB arrived, I took two pills before a keto meal according to the instructions. I then checked my blood ketones every half hour for the next several hours. It boosted my ketone level from a starting number of 0.5 up to 0.7 for the first 3 hours. At 3 hours it went up to 0.8 but then dropped back down to 0.7 for the rest of the day so I guess it works. It will give you a boost, but don’t expect much.

Given that I’ve declined to change my eating habits, the introduction of the BHB shouldn’t factor in if any weight loss occurs. That said, I have actually– to my surprise– lost some weight while taking these pills as directed. I am older, so I can’t expect a significant change in my weight, but even a little is noticed. When I needed to reduce my waist size by an inch in my Levis, I was honestly amazed. So, yeah, I’m not a Keto follower; I have what I would consider an “average” American diet and these pills seemed to work.

Helps even without being on Keto!
It’s only been a week so I will have to continue with an update, but to start I am not doing Keto and I work about once a week for 30 mins. When doing research I saw that this helps with energy and curbing your appetite and it defiantly does! I have lost 5 lbs in 5 days and feel great, I only take once a day in the morning and I have no cravings for sugary or salty foods (even on my period) and feel fuller quicker. This has helped me manage snacking, eating bad, and bloat.The first 2 days I was very thirsty and going to the bathroom about 30 mins but on day 3 it went back to normal. I’m still in awe about how much this curbs my appetite, I am normally someone who snacks constantly and will want sweets and fried food daily, and it’s been so easy the last 5 days to not want any of that.

This product works and is wonderful! At first, I was skeptical, especially since the cost is less than other similar products. After taking it, I am very pleased with this product! It curbs my appetite, and I am more alert and have much more energy. I’ve been taking this product for about a week now and have lost inches from my waistline already. I take the capsules, which are tasteless and easy to swallow, in the morning and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Amazingly, I have had no side effects from it. I chose this product because I liked all the reviews that were positive. Unfortunately, this product did not help me at all. Maybe it’s just my metabolism? But anyway, it did nothing for me.
