More awake/alert!
I don’t write many reviews but this product deserved one. Im assuming I was really deficient in aminos, because I’ve only taken these for a couple of days and since day one, I have felt more awake and less groggy. I don’t think it a placebo effect because I had no expectations of feeling different, just wanted to add this to my daily vitamins. Its not like a caffeine awakening, just makes you feel more present and rested. At least thats how it has affected me. If that changes, ill update. As of now, it feels like it makes a difference.

Wanted to like but gave me back headaches
I so badly want to like these but every day when I took them I would get a horrible headache. I was only taking one per day to ease into taking them but they did not agree with my body. I’ve stopped and will try again in a few weeks to make sure there wasn’t another cause for the headaches. Also, the pills are not coated and fairly big so taking a few per day might be tougher for some people.
