This product is the most soothing blend I have ever smelled, and I’ve used a lot of essential oils! Before I go to bed, I roll it on both sides of my neck, both wrists, under my nose, around my nostrils, and in my decollete. It works very well. The bottle lasted me about 2.5 months, which makes it a good deal.
