Very good ashwaganda!
I’ve taken ashwaganda for several years, and would not be without it! It provides so many benefits, including smoothing the skin and preventing sunburn. I’m 72 and have very few wrinkles on my face. Not entirely attributable to ashwaganda, but I think it helps! There are other health benefits too. This brand seems to be the most affordable for me. I keep it on subscription.

I love my “Calm me down ” product , can only recommend it ! The price is great , dies not smell and is easy to swallow ! Thete is no taste to it . It works ! And I suffered with severe PTSD . Love it

I’d recommend taking them with food.
These are relatively large caps but they are soft and easy to swallow.I always take them before my meal. If taken on an empty stomach or after the meal, I can sometimes “taste” them if I burp.

Gives heartburn
It does work, but causes severe heartburn. I think it is due to the capsules that it’s made with. I have had a different brand of Ashwagandha and not had any problems with heartburn.
