This is a wonderful product. Once you figure out how to easily get the tiny straw into the bottle (I have been using a metal skewer), you are home free.I have been taking the ginseng every morning for 3 weeks now, and a few times in the early afternoon also. The taste is fine, one big sip and it’s gone. And I cannot believe how much better I feel!! I am even sleeping for 6 hours in a row without waking! What a blessing for me at 77 years old! (You know I hear those old people don’t sleep well at night).

I had occasionally used this product brand from in my 20’s just to try it as it gives good energy levels. it taste the same as years ago, good quality. I’m in my 50s It’s value for money. Easy to swallow with just the straw that it came with. One of the products that was recommended to me through menopause so I went looking for this brand. Side effects can be swollen tongue though not usually frequent, could be the strength.

Hot flashes have resolved
I started to enter menopause and the hot flashes were driving me crazy! I read and read seeking something other than hormone therapy. Panax ginsing was the one thing that kept popping up. I have taken this religiously for over 6 months and hot flashes are so few and far between. I read that you should take one a day (in the morning on an empty stomach) for 4 weeks and then take 10 days off- that is the schedule I use. The reasoning is that your body becomes accustomed to the ginsing and it becomes less effective.Flavor- I’ve tried another brand (I bought one in slim packs to take w me on travel) and that’s when I realized how much better these are than most. The liquid is mixed w a small amount of honey so it’s not as bitter as it would normally be. It has an earthy sort of rooty flavor but really very tolerable.Packaging- I’ve never had a problem w broken bottles but I do live within 10 miles of the Charlotte warehouse so I’m sure that helps.The bottles have a medical type top that you pop the lid off and poke a tiny straw through to drink the ginsing. Pretty simple but sometimes putting the little straws in can be a bit annoying. I find that using a napkin between my thumb and the straw helps give me the extra force needed to puncture the membrane.My hubby is thankful I don’t have my crazy flashes and I am happy it’s not another pill to swallow. Hope this review helps.

I was in the hunt for some ginseng tea but instead ran into these small beauties! They give you just the right amount of caffeine free energy and you don’t have to pee like you do with tea, a plus when you’re running around.They taste great too, like a concentrated tea sweetened with just the right amount of honey.I’ve already recommended them to various people that need that PM pick me up and they all love them.
