Overpriced Garbage
These mugs are made out of very thin glass and break extraordinarly easily. Based on the photos and the fact they charge an arm and a leg for these, made me think the glass was thick, but what looks like one solid piece of glass are actually two very thin walls of glass around an air gap.I’ve broken all but one but not through carelessness. They are so ubelievably fragile you can break them just by thinking about it. Thinking about buying these?? Too bad, you just broke all the ones they have in the warehouse, you’ll have to wait a couple weeks for a restock. Thinking about waiting until then? Forget it, that shipment just exploded in a shipping container on a dock somewhere. You might as well quit drinking coffee!

Very light, keeps coffee hot
I love these mugs for the fact that they keep my coffee hot longer than a regular mug. However, I feel like one tap in just the right place and they’ll shatter. It could just be my mentality because they are so light and that usually means delicate, but I’m almost afraid to let my kids or husband wash them because of that. The handles are very thin, but leave enough space for your entire hand to fit through. Overall, great mugs.

Awesome mugs
Love the mugs, unfortunately 1 of them cracked the first time using. It surprised me because I have ordered mugs like this before in different size and no problem at all. Will definitely purchase again.

Nice cups
Nice cups. One broke, though. In shipping. The wooden covers fit nicely but because they are wood the heat/steam from hot coffee wears the wood down and eventually splinters. I do love the double glass cup… for keeping my beverage warm and able to see if I need a refill.

Great insulation, great shape
Wonderful ergonomic fit — great to hold, and insulation keeps drink hot or cold, while protecting the hand from the drink temperature. The sustainable bamboo and silicone lid keeps my coffee warm in the morning… and keeps my cats out of it. Helps prevent sloshing spills. Dishwasher safe —fits my lazy lifestyle.

Easily chipped and broken
I bought a 4 pack of have one left after a few months, only because I took it over to a friend and haven’t used it. They are lightweight, nice size for cappuccinos and will accommodate a 13 oz Nespresso drink, but they are too thin and chip and break easily. By contrast, a bought a 8 pack of somewhat thicker and smaller double walled mugs from another manufacturer, have used 4 for almost as many months Arund all are intact.Hand wash; like most double walled glass mugs, water can be forced in between the walls and very difficult to get out.

They look and feel great! They seem to be very fragile, but I put them into the dishwasher and they survived!

We really wanted to love these. The concept behind them is really fantastic. Unfortunately 3 out of 4 have broken within 3 weeks. We have only ever hand washed them but 2 broke in the sink while we were hand washing them which was actually quite dangerous. The other broke while it was filled with hot tea- a crack suddenly appeared in it. We would have sent these back but it’s not safe to post broken glass so we didn’t know how to go about a refund. As I said, we really really wanted to love these but the reality of them has not been great.

Love the look of these cups with wooden cover. It keeps my coffee nice & hot, however, the glass itself is way too flimsy. I hand wash and have to be very careful with them.
