I wasn’t expecting to much from this product, but have been pleasantly surprised. It is surprisingly moisturizing without being heavy, and leaves my skin hydrated and soft. It has no scent and goes on very smoothly and absorbs quickly, within 3 to 4 minutes. Since using this my skin is brighter and my acne scars fade faster. My skin feels more hydrated and elastic. Overall great purchase for the price and the quality.

I never thought I’d be using snail goo on my face…
But here i am today! No regrets!I saw this item all over social media and finally decided to try it. It’s not terribly expensive, so if it didn’t work out, i really wouldn’t be out that much.I had zero expectations for this. I was just curious about it. Would it be really sticky? Would it smell like a snail?This feels pretty much exactly as you’d expect for something derived from snail mucin. It’s definitely what i would call sticky and a bit runny when you put some on your finger. A little bit goes a long way with this! I rub it into my skin after astringent, and it has a wonderful cooling feeling if i apply astringent too soon after a hot shower.It takes just a moment to be absorbed into your skin. I do follow this up with an SPF moisturizer.As far as its ability to correct skin issues, i can’t really comment on that. I don’t suffer from uneven, dry, blotchy, red skin. As with most women my age, i like to use a basic hyaluronic acid or retinol most days. I did stop using those for a few days when i first added the snail mucin to my routine, but then i noticed this annoying fine line by my mouth coming back, so i went back to using my regular products after astringent, before snail mucin. It’s worked out well!The snail mucin doesn’t feel sticky or greasy after it dries, and it adds fantastic moisture to your skin. Again, i can’t speak to the product addressing skin issues that i don’t have, but i can say that it didn’t do anything for me in terms of making fine lines lessen.I recommend this if you want a little extra moisture. And I’d still recommend a lightweight SPF moisturizer on top of this since it doesn’t have one. Just don’t expect it to work miracles in terms of anti aging.

This has helped bring my skin into balance
I can’t say enough good things about this stuff. I usually have out of balance skin during pregnancy, but this and the codex moisturizer have kept me moisturized and in balance somehow! I’m a few months postpartum with baby number four so I don’t say that lightly! I haven’t had nearly as many breakouts and my skin coloration has stayed even. My skin is soft and I have definitely seen a big difference after starting using this. It has definitely been effective!

This is one of my favorite products that I bought during the Amazon prime deal sale. It’s really made a difference to my face and I’ll never use another product again. I also use the face cleanser as well. I love the feel of the snail mucus on my face, I’m not gonna lie. It gives my face such a youthful look. I’m 47 years old and it just makes my skin look so great and nourished.

This is one of my holy grail skin products. Once you see results you really can get past the fact that, yes this is in fact snail mucus. I was initially a little grossed out or unsure but this product is odourless, clear, and slippery more than sticky.I use intense actives in my face and I find this product really helps lock in hydration and my skin is a lot more clear using it. I’ve read hyaluronic acid should be just as good but when I switched to HA serums instead of this I felt like my skin was a bit drier and flakier. I have gotten several friends hooked on this, I strongly recommend it.I was worried about cruelty to snails and how was this harvested. I watched a video where the snails crawl over a netting and it lets the slime drip down so while I don’t think it’s the most humane snail habitat it was not as cruel as I had feared
