This product works for my son. Naturopath dr. recommended this product after MTHFR test. His speech and communication skills developed dramatically after use of B-supreme and Homocysteine supreme. I was using pictures, written notes, and i-pad apps to communicate with my son. After one year of treatment, there is no sensory processing problem in communication. Wow!

Awful, Rancid Smelling/Made Me Seriously Ill
I’m going to preface this review by saying that I have taken this particular brand of their B Complex for over 3 years now and have NEVER had any issues with them. This last batch, however, had something seriously wrong with it and I should have known after I opened the bottle and the pills smelled horrific – because, in all my past purchases, they had virtually no smell to them. This batch made me extremely nauseous, gave me headaches, I couldn’t fall asleep at night, and they also gave me anxiety that I didn’t have before. It was absolutely awful. I dealt with these side effects for almost two months, heading back and forth to the doctor where test after test yielded no answers as to why I was so ill. Then, about a week ago I realized that I started getting sick around the same time I started that new bottle of vitamins so I stopped taking it and, wouldn’t you know, I was back to feeling like my normal self again.So, not sure what happened with that particular batch, but BEWARE if the pills smell super duper off. I wish I could get my money back because I bought a 90 day supply and those aren’t cheap.

Product code x000k1bboz expiry date April 2019. The tablets smell of rotten fish. Beware. I am disappointed as I thought that Design for Health had good reputation.
