Still good 5 years later
Finally getting around to writing a review and 5 years later it is still fresh and fragrant. I was introduced to Do terra oils by an in person sales presentation but lost a bottle that I bought in person so on to Amazon for a replacement. I use this to flavor my drinking water and it give a fresh minty zing to my drinks. Lasts a long time.

Great For Your Stomach and Plumping Lips!
I have major digestive issues, and wanted a naturally option for helping with my chronic nausea. I already take two prescription drugs, but they don’t always work, and I don’t love taking them multiple times per day. There are a few ways I choose to use this oil. The first is to put a few drops on a piece of gum, peppermints, or an antacid tablet. A drop or two on gum is wonderful for days I’m dealing with constant nausea. The oil seeps into the gum, so I have a lasting taste for as long as I’m chewing the gum. The mints are great when I have a sudden episode of relatively severe nausea. A few drops on an altoid seems insane, and it is intense, but it somehow overwhelms my nausea immediately. This is huge since the prescription medications I take can take 30-60 minutes to kick in. I do a drop or two on the antacid if I’m also dealing with heartburn. Supposedly peppermint oil can cause acid build up, but I’ve never had an issue. Still, I have days where I am having acid reflux type symptoms as well as nausea, so the combination of the oil and a few antacids is a lifesaver.Another unexpected and awesome use, lip plumping! I found myself in the car one day, out of gum/mints/antacids, and dealing with major nausea. It was so severe I had to pull over. I had peppermint oil, but I knew it would burn badly if I consumed it directly. Instead I put a thin layer on my lips. The burn was subtle, more of a tingle, and I was able to get a little oil here or there for my stomach. Then I looked in the mirror and realized my lips had plumped a bit. I layered some lipgloss over it, and it was clear that the oil itself was having a plumping effect! I now use it pretty regularly for this purpose.

I did not get what I ordered. I want a refund. It did not specify that it was to be inhaled only and not ingested. The labelIs also not the same as the picture. It also smell putrid not like mint at all. –

This oil smells delicious to start with. Not too strong as I thought it would be, but just perfect. And it worked.I tried it today in an essential oil nasal inhaler and it really did literally cure my headache without medication. I am very happy with mine.Also GREAT in my honemade foot cream that I use every morning after showering. I consider it a major ingredient in that recipe. There’s just something about peppermint in a foot cream– so fresh and refreshing. And this one is so nice!
