Dr. Mercola always has the most high quality supplements in my opinion. I needed to find a good B supplement to support a lower carb diet helping to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. I feel more sustained energy when I take this one. If you need a good B complex give this one a try.

I rely on Mercola products every day! His wisdom about the chemistry of the body and his reflections on same are always a highlight for me. At 88 I am still energetic enough to move through a busy day (when I have to) without napping, and still have enough energy left over for evening activities (getting in bed being my favorite!). These are good B vitamins. I just heard recently it’s not good to take too much B6 and these seem to have the right amount. I trust Dr Mercola products.

I have to admit I’ve tried many other B complex vitamins without great results. So I was extra pleased when I tried one more time, based on the name recognition. I noticed a major change in my ability to handle stress with the first dose. No afternoon slump, much calmer and more relaxed at my very stressful job. Other vitamin B complex would just go right through me and I ended up with expensive urine. These barely change the color and I can sense that they are being absorbed and used. Just ordered my second bottle and set up a subscription because I don’t wanna be without these
