This is a really high-quality product. Many of them out there are NOT. I was so glad to have found this one that I can trust to be pure and not harmful in the long-run. I was a bit hesitant as to what the taste would be like, but honestly, it isn’t bad at all, and, for being Cod Liver Oil, I’m surprised that I can easily take it without anything else, and the little bit of taste disappears within a minute or so. The lemon juice in it really makes a huge difference and not hard to take. I suppose there may be someone who is extra sensitive to the flavor, but I think most people won’t mind it at all. I highly recommend this product.

I like Dr Mercola and his products. This cod liver oil has a very mild taste compared to other Cod Liver oils. I like it give it a try

Take one teaspoon a day. They bottle has 40 servings so it is a good size. The taste is very pleasant, not overly flavored. There is still a hint of cod liver oil but not the unpleasant strong taste I remember from past servings.
