High quality fish oil.
Take a teaspoon a day even if you eat fish daily. I take it just before a meal and swallowing it is not awful because it has a citrusy flavor. Take an extra teaspoon if you’re going to eat a steak or a cheeseburger! It’s good to balance the cholesterol foods with the Omegas. Keep it in the refrigerator.

No aftertaste, no burping. Make sure to refrigerate after opening. I would prefer it without the lemon flavor.

The processing, storage, distribution and delivery need to be in a cold state as much as possible.
First time buying this product.I started running into issues with a cod liver oil from Dutch Harbor that was rancid the past two deliveries. That product came in a plastic bottle and with minimal packaging. It arrived hot. I suspect it was handled poorly by the distributor and was left in storage in an unrefrigerated state and with the summer heat, it became rancid using poor handling practices.This product came in a glass bottle and arrived cool, wrapped in adequate packing.The taste was what I was hoping for. The oil was not rancid and had a very smooth, pure feel to the tongue.
