FEELING BETTER!!
I’ve only had this a few days, but I have noticed a reduction on my appetite/cravings. The BIGGEST benefit I’ve noticed and what encouraged me to write this review was that I was EXHAUSTED today. All morning I was dragging, told my coworkers I was unmotivated, exhausted, dragging, Sleepy!! I took this before my lunch meal and I am ALERT , clear-headed, and ready to get some work/schoolwork done. I feel very clear headed. I did take this with some ginko-biloba amd and ginseng, so that might be related to that, but I feel much more energized now. No jitters or shakes, just more energy.

I took a whole one the first day and it was too strong. I got a slight headache and felt bloated. It maybe due to the fact that I do not drink products with caffeine. It did cut my appetite and gave me engery. Today I took a half of one in my tea. I feel the energy and it has cut my appetite. I feel that this maybe a product to take before a workout to release some of the energy. I will post an update in a few days.
