I take these before I start my day and head off to work, these gummies keeps me energized throughout the day and the taste delicious! They tend to get very sticky but that’s my only complaint, I recommend storing them in a cool area to prevent them from sticking.

These are really yummy — almost like candy! I love the flavors of these gummy vitamins. They are a really good value for the money since you get a large bottle. They last quite awhile in my house since we all forget to eat them every day unless we are sick. They can get sticky if they sit around too long, especially if your cabinets get warm. When that happens, I just use a fork to get them out. They still taste good and seem effective. I don’t take too many of these at once since they do have some sugar in them. When I travel, these seem to help my energy level so I try to always remember to bring some along in a baggie.

Clumped together and sticky
Once the bottle is opened, these gummies CLUMP together and there appears to be moisture on them. When you try to get one out of the bottle, they are sticky. This is the second bottle I’ve tried and both were the same. I won’t buy them again.
