Good, but Not a Miracle Worker
I picked up the Enzymedica Digest Gold + ATPro hoping it would completely eliminate my post-meal bloating and gas, especially after eating things like beans or certain vegetables. It definitely helps, don’t get me wrong. I’ve noticed a reduction in the severity of my symptoms, and I feel less sluggish after meals. However, it’s not a complete fix for me.

This has helped changed my life. Seriously. My rheumatologist recommended it to help with my digestive issues and it has dramatically improved my meal experiences. Almost everything makes me feel sick, but this makes meals digest more easily and with less discomfort. Combined with no sugar, drinking only water, eating primarily whole foods, and avoiding fried and fatty foods, my quality of life is improving.

First off let me just say that I bought this product expecting it to be a flop like other products I’ve tried. The only reason I bought it was because I saw that there were a lot of great claims on this product so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m so glad I did, because it is effective in what it claims to do. The bottle size is very standard which makes it reasonable for the price point. I’ll pop 2 of these bad boys during my meal and within 2 hours of eating I’m already feeling my bowel movements. Such a nice feeling (if you retain lots of gas, or don’t have regular bowel movements you know what I’m talking about). I can rely on this product now to get me back into my regular groove especially with heavier foods. As with many supplements you want to stay hydrated. As for the taste you cannot taste or smell any pungent weirdness or aftertaste which I love! If you’re hesitating, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

So far,….so good! Im 67 yrs old, have liver cancer, and my body doesnt produce enough of the essential proteins or enzymes necessary for healthy digestion anymore. Thats just something that happens to many “Older” people, whether its caused from a disease or not. Our bodys dont function quite as well as they did when were young, and this enzyme product REALLY helps with creating a “normal” digestive tract, from begining to end. I take it whenever I eat cooked foods, as they lack in enzymes. I open one capsule and mix the powder in my food, same with a probiotic capsule. Goodbye abdominal discomfort after a meal! If I eat my meal with a salad or natural pickles, I get my enzymes from those, so no need then for the enzyme supplement.
