Surprisingly really do work!
OK really what’s in these cause they work incredibly fast and 100% as stated.. Was a nice surprise to actually feel a supplement work! My body must of needed whatever is in this. I’ve only taken it for 5 days and really do feel amazing. I will say I’ve been so tired and just worn out dragging and had a UTI that took alot out of me. These don’t make me feel like I’ve had a energy drink which I don’t like or extra coffee ..No fast beating heart. Just more relaxed and feel awake .I take it in the morning and let it melt under my tongue. The taste is fine. it makes me feel great mainly all day I would say around 8 hours at least. So thankful to find these. Please don’t change them.

Has worked to balance my withdrawals
I’m going through withdrawals from taking 6 months of escitalopran oxalate. I was on a 20mg/day dose, to treat severe anxiety and depression. The withdrawal effects have been for me heavy dizziness, weakness, irritability, mild body aches, and some focus/memory issues. I didn’t want to stop taking the medication abruptly but it wasn’t my choice, I’m supposed to get my refill next month (in June). I almost immediately bought this supplement, along with another, (natural herbs, helping to balance the brain chemicals). With my lifelong anxiety and depression history, let’s just say I am very happy with this supplement. I like the fact it tastes good, first of all, it surprisingly helped my focus, my memory, I feel a little happier and not as anxious. Not miraculous but I like that it was affordable, didn’t cause undesirable side effects, and MOST OF ALL, helped balance the chemicals in my brain (along with that other natural supplement I’ve been taking). I’m taking one of them in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Significant results that have been worth every penny. Considering not getting back to my other medication. I get about the same results with those 2 supplements now anyway (!!!) minus the physical dependence and tied withdrawals! Wanting to keep on using this for now, do some exercise and just… Try to find more natural ways to deal with my anxiety and depression; and in the meantime, will keep on using this.

Helpful and Tasty
When I took this on the first day, I had just gotten up and was really tired, but they helped wake me up and made me alert which was helpful for my trip to the store. I’ve been taking them for about four days now and I’d say my memory, mood, and energy are all improved, just like it said it would on the bottle. They’re also really tasty and make me wish I could eat them like a candy, haha. I’ll update my review in a few weeks about how they’re working for me in the long run, but so far I’m pleased.

I have been using these for a couple of years and they do work very well.I can tell now when I do not use them, just have a lot more energy and a happier outlook when I take these. I take mine with my breakfast and they are super easy to use, especially for anyone who has trouble swallowing pills. I recommend, they work for me, and my hubby and I am sure they will work for you as well. DO NOT BUY! Please read review.
This product seemed like a great way to get some extra energy and get my B Vitamins. I took it for a week and good lord do I regret it. I kept getting heart palpitations and a racing heart. I thought it was maybe from too much caffeine or acid reflux so I cut out caffeine and was still getting the palpitations. One day I took this (not realizing yet that this was the culprit) and I literally laid and watched movies all day and my heart was still pounding. I finally made the connection and today didn’t take it. ZERO HEART PALPITATIONS. I’m a healthy 32 year old runner so it’s not like I’m inactive. I just feel like everyone needs to know this as this supplement is not just some b vitamins.
