I’m a Turmeric “newbie” and got a good feeling about the FEEL GOOD organic turmeric powder & its reviews. The directions on the back suggest one (1) Tablespoon. Upon opening this very nice bag, the golden hue is brilliant. I added the 1 Tablespoon to my smoothie drink and blended… the taste was so strong. Upon drinking it, I felt this kind of rush throughout my body and brain (mind?). I decided quickly that one (1) Tablespoon was way too intense (taste & feel) for a beginner. I wrote to FEEL GOOD to (a) suggest they consider recommending a lesser amount or a range and (b) was my reaction normal.I received a very prompt response very kindly answering my points, apologizing for my not-so-feel-good reaction and they wanted to credit me what I spent….and they did. I never asked for this and my intention was to continue using this quality product–very impressive.I’ve been adding 1/2 teaspoon to my drinks now and feel good about adding this. I haven’t a clue if or what it is doing as I am also taking Curcumin in capsules to help with inflammation.
