The root powder is much better for me. My needs must have changed. I’m surprised 😮 and disappointed 😞. It’s very fresh smelling and very, mildly bitter. I plan on grinding it to a powder and sprinkling it on my salad greens, maybe soups and sandwiches 🥪. Lots of Vitamin A & other benefits.
