It works!!!
I’ve been taking this supplement on and off for a few months now. Every time I feel like I’m getting sick, I take these for 2-3 days and more often than not, I regain my strength and the cold/flu-symptoms vanish.I have a 2 year old toddler who goes to daycare a few times a week and he brings home EVERYTHING. My husband and I are way less sick than we were the year before. This is good stuff!!!

Wow this stuff is a miracle herb as far as I’m concerned. I read all the positive reviews, but they never really seem to apply or I never really have the wonderful results, but I am here to tell ya they work! At the slightest sniffle, I pop two and usually that is all I need, but sometimes I will take a couple before bed. I used to always wake up congested or coughing, but if I take these before bed, I am clear as a bell in the morning, no congested stuffed up nose, no coughing. They are wonderful and all the positive reviews really do come true when you use this product. And yes they are pricey, but they work.

Gaia was recommended to me years ago by an integrative doc. I’ve used their supplements for my kids with good success but never used them for myself. We went on a trip and my husband got the mother of all colds and when I started to feel fatigued and a little stuffy and I knew my body was probably fighting the same thing. I went to the Gaia site and found this supplement. It was pricy but I knew on vacation with 3 kids and my husband being sick I needed something. I took this as recommended and felt my energy come back and no cold symptoms even with one of my kids coming down with the same cold a few days later. Possibly coincidence except that I’ve use this supplement two other times at the onset of a cold where I begin to feel fatigued or have a slight sore throat and then the early symptoms go away and I don’t get the gunk that my family gets. My husband hasn’t been using it, when the kids get sick he gets the full blown cold and I seem be ok. So I’m convinced this stuff works. I highly recommend.
