I bought this to keep the bugs out of my house. I read that putting the lavender oil on my window sills and door ways would keep them from entering. For the most part it has worked. The best part is my house smells really nice. You only need a little bit as it is very potent. I literally put a few drops on the various locations and the small drifts of air carried the sent.

No fragrance when added to electric wax melts.
Description indicates “oil for hair and candle making”. I added 3 or 4 drops to wax melt in electric warmer but essential oil had no effect whatsoever.

Very affordable for pure English lavender
I chose this English lavender because I did not have the money for a larger bottle and I needed undiluted lavender essential oil. English lavender is the best smelling variety of lavender, smells expensive, clean and pretty. This one is undiluted; no carrier oil added! That makes this an excellent value despite the small bottle size, the scent is stronger and lasts longer.I looked through maybe 20 different listings looking for pure English lavender essential oil and only a few seemed to be the real deal – but this one was much more affordable.Will be coming back to get this brand again!

After noticing mixed reviews on the scent, I’d just like to note that in my opinon this has a typical true lavender essential oil scent. It’s definitely the real stuff (I’m highly sensitive to fragrances). For someone who has used just about every lavender oil, it reminds me of a combo between the pure bulgarian and french lavender oils I have tried in the past. It also has a few mellow/greener notes that are quite nice… I’m guessing as it’s English lavender. For the price it is definitely good.

This Lavender oil is excellent. The fragrance really lingers, and its so lovely. The smell is the lavender in the garden. Perfect! My bedroom retains the smell for hours and hours. I Love it. Bigger bottles would be good.
