Great alternative to the raw version
I’ve been taking bittermelon tablets for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a steady improvement in my blood sugar levels and overall digestion. The tablets are a convenient alternative to the raw fruit, which has a very bitter taste that’s hard to manage. I feel more balanced and energized throughout the day. It’s not a miracle cure, but as a natural supplement, it’s been a helpful addition to my routine. I have already purchased it like 6 times already.

I haven’t taken the product long enough to review it, but the customer service from Himalaya is phenomenal. I had a small issue with the Bitter Melon falling apart in one of the bottles I received. I called and spoke to Jenny who kindly explained the reason this might have happened. Afterwards she gladly offered to replace the bottle free of charge. It’s refreshing to have a company stand by their product and be happy to correct an otherwise frustrating occurrence.
