Does the job and for those who don’t appreciate the smell or taste of ginger, you’ll be happy since the odor and taste is minimal. Capsules are easy to swallow. We have used the brand in the past and it appears their quality is excellent. My wife says it does work for her

Everyone kept telling me I needed to be taking ginger, but I could not gag down the juice my son takes so I opted for these. I don’t know if they make a difference or not, but they can’t hurt and aren’t overly expensive. I take so many other supplements daily that I don’t know what helps and what doesn’t, but the price is reasonable so I take 2 a day. I would switch to a 1 cap a day formula if I could find one that was affordable. NO stomach upset or any issues. I take it with my other supplements and food every morning.
