Hate the texture of liver, but luckily the taste is ok
I’ve never had cod liver before and was blind-sided by the texture. Obviously, since it’s liver, it has the texture of liver. I can eat most things, but always had trouble eating beef liver because of the texture. This cod liver has that same off-putting texture for me, but the difference to beef liver is the taste of this cod liver is good enough to get past the texture. Supposedly it’s really healthy, so I just power through my texture issues by eating it very quickly right out of the package while standing over the kitchen trash can.

Tastes great ! (not fishy) I like it so much; I have to restrain my self from gobbling up the whole can at once. (I like to use up the can over 2 or 3 days), Has all the NATURALLY OCCURING Vitamin D I need, Omega 3’s in perfect balance, Iodine for thyroid function and EXCELLENT Vitamin A for eyesight. I’m a wellness coach and always recommend Cod Livers for a super healthy snack .. it is awesome on FinnCrisp or Wasa Sourdough Crackers !
