These strawberry-flavored on-the-go sticks are incredibly easy to use. I simply add them to water, and they dissolve quickly. The taste is pleasant, and it gives a nice, calm feeling without being overpowering. Perfect for when I need a quick and convenient kava option.

Kava is often used for anxiety, relaxation, and its slight “buzz” affects. It can cause a tingly or numbing sensation in the mouth. As with anyone trying any new or different natural supplement, proper research should be done before trying out. Kava can interact with some medications, so it’s best to see if that will affect you, or ask your health care provider if kava is ok for you. The drink mix itself is convenient, mixes fairly well, and balanced when mixed in a standard bottle of water. The taste may not be for everyone, esp due to the affects, but tastes pretty alright to me. It does have a distinct taste like any Kava drink.Great & convenient way to enjoy a kava drink. It may not be for everyone, and some information gathering should be done before committing to buy & try. Definitely works and great for the occasional kava drinkers who don’t need a super potent amount.

I’m giving Kava a try, in general, as I’m looking for alternatives to my regular nightcap or a glass of wine here and there. This product appears to be high quality. The single serve packaging is convenient and it has good ingredients. It made my tongue a bit numb but I didn’t experience any drastic “kava buzz” I was hoping for. The biggest con is the taste and consistency. It’s like drinking sweetish chalk water. The amount of relaxation or buzz I got from this is not worth putting up with drinking something that tastes this awful.

Turns into the typical kava color. A light numbness. Feel a light kava buzz. With L-Theanine and MCT. Not sure what effect those two do, but I hear they have relaxing properties because they are sometimes also present in sleep aides. Anyways nice product.

These things are so convenient. Each little stick is a single serving, and all I have to do is toss it in my bag, add it to water, and stir. This product definitely worked for me! It is 100% real and accurate kava dosage listed on the back. You can tell because of the numbing sensation you feel. I needed to take 6 packets to get the desired effect though, but I may be less sensitive to the effect than most people. Worth trying if you want a natural calming supplement for the end of the day!
