Honest NON SPONSORED REVIEWLet’s go ahead and get this out of the way – you have probably been in socials and everyone is saying this product is delicious – taste like rainbows and unicorns ? Am I right ? Here is what I ( 40 YO that hates anything green – including most veggies – ) has to say. First and most importantly you have to at least tried ANY OTHER greens to appreciate the taste of these greens. If you have not done so- and this is your FIRST rodeo you will ( and rightfully so) think this taste like earthy grass. BUT if you have tried ANY greens supplementation in the past you will notice a distinct pleasant surprise in these blends. I got the Citrus twist ? Citrus something – highly recommend.This product taste better ice cold and mixed as well as you can. I mixed with about 4 ounces of ice cold water – it’s not something I want to causally sip on but is something I can stomach ( which says a ton because I cannot stomach anything – like legit – I have an actual diagnosis ) I also tend to just add my preworkout to about one ounce of water and honestly I feel like you could do the same with this product and then follow with 8 ounces of water. You do not want to inhale before you sip . The smell will hit your nose before the taste hits your taste buds and this will be an instant turn off. Drink through a straw for best results . Also don’t put this mixture in a clear cup – the green is an instant turn off.Back to the flavor – it’s an orange citrus with an earthy undertone – I did have earthy burps so there is no way I’d drink this first thing before my workout . Overall and again the entire point of this review is they are not joking when they say it taste “good” but everyone needs to preference that it taste better then MOST other green powders out there (. I also really like Bucked Up greens flavored in case you neee an alternative )Is the nutrient profile good ? I don’t know – you will need to do your own research here – but if you are anti veggies like me and looking to get SOMETHING in this is a solid start.Also cannot speak to the bloating or anything as I have only just tried this today when it arrives but wanted to get my honest first impressions on paper .

For a “Greens” supplement the taste is pretty good. Slightly chalky but nowhere near as bad as others. Just make sure you mix it well, I use a milk frother.It definitely helps with bloating. It actually helps a little too well. With that being said, I did not expect to spend 50% of my day on the toilet after drinking this stuff. I’m talking full on colon cleanse. So yeah, um, just be prepared. It hit me on day 3 out of absolutely nowhere. LOL. I really hope these symptoms will subside in next few days or I may need to just use this occasionally as needed.

Only received today so I can’t comment on the effectiveness but the taste is amazing. I’ve tried similar products which taste so terrible I’ve not been able to continue beyond a couple of days.Mixed very easily simple to use. Will be value for money because I’m certain it will get used!
