They really work!
This stuff works so great! My hormones were all out of whack, and within a month I was already noticing a change. I couldn’t lose weight before taking them no matter what I tried. Eating clean, working out (different kinds of workouts, cardio driven, lifting weights, yoga, jiu jitsu). Within a few weeks of taking this I lost 8 pounds. Since starting them in October of 2024 I have lost 30 pounds! (All the baby weight from my daughter in 2022 that wouldn’t come off) I recommend these to anyone who is having trouble with the hormones.

Hey ladies in your 40s or perimenopause this is the multi vitamin for you! Helps with monthly period cramps, hormone balance and makes you feel less fatigue. Don’t quit after 30 days as I really felt and understood the difference after day 45. Even my hair is healthier, shiny and growing. Also helps with that irritating bloat feeling. Just be sure to pair this with a semi clean diet, water, and walking.

Great vitamin, very difficult to swallow.
I have been taking this vitamin for 2 months and have felt a noticeable difference in energy levels, immune-boosting, and overall health per the claims.The ONLY reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it is SO difficult to swallow. The capsule is sticky and gets stuck at the back of your throat and it is a big pill. I tried the recommendation of opening it and mixing with water and almost threw up because the flavor is awful. I wish that they could put something on the capsule itself to make it smoother to swallow.

My pee is now highlighter yellow and gave me bad headaches
So far, so good. Buuuuut I thought I was tripping, I have only been using these 5 days as directed and though I haven’t had any tummy issues or anything, I’ve had yellow highlighter looking pee. LOL It’s so bizarre. I googled so quick what the heck that could mean and it turns out, nothing harmful, but an overload of vitamin B. If I am to continue taking these, I have to get used to radioactive looking pee. Hmm. I only got a month supply and if the benefits outweigh this unpleasant side effect, I might continue to use it. But just a warning about that!UPDATE: I had to change this to 1 star, sadly. So week 1 (I didn’t turn into a ninja turtle with that crazy pee), but I had only taken it for 5 days at that point. Fast forward to week 2 and man! I began having a headache every day and feeling sick. It was the only thing I had recently added to my diet so I knew it had to be these pills. I immediately stopped taking them and all the headaches and sickness stopped. Anybody want the rest of this bottle? sheesh. It’s crazy because I take the women’s probiotics with no issues (I think) so I was surprised this happened.

Love these vitamins! Within two weeks I could feel the difference and I can’t imagine taking a different vitamin.
