As a dietitian, I believe that receiving all of your nutrients through whole foods is important and am not typically a big supplement advocate but I love these Maca Root supplements for a few reasons:1. They’re vegan, cruelty-free and without fillers2. Personally, I love the ingredients they’ve curated — maca, ginseng and theanine. But, for me, getting them through whole foods daily was a challenge so this supplement form worked perfectly.3. There’s some solid evidence-based research behind each of the ingredients.After taking them I felt the same response (maybe a little more) that I typically feel when I drink matcha tea—an elevated sense of awareness, better mood and steady energy.My husband has been taking them before the gym with his smoothie and noticed more focus and also a sense of steady energy.We will be regular customers!

(husband’s review):In full disclosure, since purchasing this product I mostly consumed one pill regularly for a few weeks, only occasionally taking the recommended two pills per day.So far, I found that the product did not or provided minimal benefits mentioned by other males, increased daily energy level, greater alertness, and erection improvement. What I found the most beneficial was some sleep effects, such as those received from Melatonin pills.Not sure of correlation of ginseng to dreaming quality, but also seemed to have an effect, as I’ve experienced with Melatonin pills. Had some kinda weird dreams while using this product.I’d probably try something different, or an alternate blend of ginseng root going forward.

I’ve taken these for two weeks. I took the suggested dose. I suggest taking them with food. I took them one day without food and it made me a little jittery.Maca root is said to have many benefits. I wanted to like these pills 😩
I took them for a week & the only thing I noticed was that I was very Irritable, like I had a bit of a rage in me that I felt had to be released. I know it’s kinda has a bit of Testosterone in it, but I dnt what that feeling was, maybe I should’ve only taken 1 a day or every other day. I stopped using them & that feeling went away, I’m not sure if it’s bcuz I’m a Female or what but I definitely dnt want the pills to go to waste. I’ll give an update after I finally finished the bottle. Whenever I start back taking them lol 🤦🏽

Surprisingly Great!
I’ve been using these energy pills for about a week now. I take one pill in the morning and one with lunch. First of all, no upset stomach, no jitters- so clean! I’m a personal trainer and have to say my focus and energy are greatly improved. I’m aslo vegan, which is why i chose these over other options. I train all day and come back home in a great mood and a good amount of energy! Would highly recommend.
