AMAZING PRODUCT. I BROKE THE TIBIAL PATELLA IN MY KNEE, AND HAD SURGERY THEN PHYSICAL THERAPY. THROUGHTOUT THIS 7 MONTH PROCESS, SOMETIMES I EXPERIENCE BOUTS OF STIFFNESS AND SORENESS IN MY KNEE IF I OVER DUE IT SOMTO SPEAK OR SIT TOO LONG- NOT EXERCISE B4 48 HOURS BETWEEN EXERCISE SESSIONS. CONSEQUENTLY, I GIVE MYSELF MASSAGES. WITH A HEATING PAD, AND THIS MASSAGE OIL, IT HELPS MINIMIZE THE STIFFNESS AND OR SORENESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AS AN OPTION, AND IT SMELLS WONDEFUL TOO.
