I bought this cream because I had several milia spots around my eyes and in some areas of my face. It contains salicylic acid, so it also helps with small acne breakouts or clogged pores.It doesn’t irritate (at least in my case), but I recommend applying it only to the necessary areas and not too close to the eye. I also liked that it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling. I’m using it at night and have seen very good results.
