Best vitamins for me
These vitamins are perfect for me. I had low vitamin deficiency and since taking these every day for 3 years, (plus other vitamins) my blood work is now almost perfect. I have not experienced any side effects like stomach nor have the vitamins stuck together and the texture is very good. I highly recommend these vitamins.

This is good quality for the money. Not chew-able and a bit big, some people may have trouble swallowing it, I don’t. My stomach is never upset, it absorbs right into my system and you cannot deny the health benefits of taking Vitamin C. This is a staple of my life so I will buy again and again as it is effective for good health to my body.

This works, is cheap, and does what it’s supposed to (it’s saved me from oncoming colds multiple times), but it’s full of fillers. If you’re health-conscious and trying to avoid fillers like soy in your vitamins, avoid this.

Nature’s Way is a brand I trust. I have been taking these 1000 mg vitamin C daily for years. The tablet is about the same size as an aspirin making it easy to swallow. I like getting my vitamins through my food but vitamin C is so important for our health it seems silly not to make 100% sure I am getting enough on a daily basis. There are many brands available but Nature’s Way is trust worthy and affordable with no after taste.
