It took a little figuring and some patience, but I ended up with the promised results!
For several years now, I have relied on Nature’s Bounty 5mg Melatonin for going to sleep. When it was time to re-order, I saw their new, improved version, which claimed dual action: Put someone to sleep with 50% immediate action and then keep them asleep with 50% delayed action. It sounded worth trying.It did not put me to sleep, not even any yawns or heavy eyelids, nothing. Such a letdown. But I didn’t give up. I checked and found that 10mg was not dangerous, so the next night I took one of the regular, single-action 5mg gelcaps along with one of the new dual-action 5mg tablets. It did put me to sleep, just as the regular gelcap alone had been doing, but at about 4 a.m., I was wide awake.Then, I had another idea. Taking 2 of the new 5mg dual-action pills together would immediately give me 50% of the combined 10mg for going to sleep. And the other 50% would kick in later to keep me asleep…IT WORKED!!!I went to sleep and stayed asleep for a little over 7 hours, the most uninterrupted sleep I’ve gotten in quite a while. I am now feeling well-rested, non-groggy, and very happy.

I know it’s easier to go for cheaper products these days….but if you are in it for quality, try this product. My ASD daughter frequently misses sleep, but has been sleeping better for this product. This pill is about the size of a dime. While it is not quick dissolve and requires water/liquid to take this, I highly recommend this product. It has been both a life and sanity saver .
